In this position, you will evaluate academic programs to assess outcomes and student learning, making data-driven decisions to ensure continuous improvement. Additionally, you will support faculty development by mentoring and promoting excellence in teaching, research, and service. A minimum of a Master's degree in a relevant field, with at least 5 years of experience at the Master's level, is required for this role. A doctoral degree is preferred. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise and contributions in the field of the academic department, along with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders. Strong organizational and time management skills are necessary to succeed in this position, as well as knowledge of current trends and best practices in higher education.
