Position: QA Analyst Job#: 99653 Location: Remote Company Location: Hyderabad, India Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Analyst to join our team remotely. The role involves performing manual and functional testing, documenting results, and collaborating with developers and project managers to ensure the delivery of high-quality software applications. Key Responsibilities Design, execute, and maintain test cases, test plans, and test scripts based on business requirements. Perform manual testing including functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and UAT testing. Track, log, and manage defects using JIRA, Bugzilla, or Azure DevOps. Conduct SQL-based backend validation and API testing using Postman. Prepare and maintain test reports, documentation, and release notes. Collaborate with developers, project managers, and cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments. Support continuous improvement of QA processes and ensure timely, quality-focused deliveries. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field. Hands-on experience with manual and functional testing across the SDLC/STLC. Strong exposure to client-facing QA projects for at least 1–2 years with international clients. Familiarity with test management tools such as TestRail or Zephyr. Proficiency in SQL, API testing (Postman), and defect tracking systems. Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with remote teams. Nice to Have Basic exposure to automation testing (Selenium, JUnit, TestNG). Experience in cross-platform/browser testing or enterprise-level applications.
