The purpose of this role is to analyze, identify, rectify & recommend specific improvement measures that help in enhancing the security posture of the organization by safeguarding sensitive information. You will be responsible for ensuring customer centricity by providing appropriate cybersecurity solutions, monitoring and securing log sources and security access, planning for disaster recovery in case of security breaches, monitoring for attacks and intrusions, and conducting detailed log reviews and forensic analysis to identify unauthorized access to data or systems. Additionally, you will be required to conduct security assessments, risk analysis, root cause analysis of security incidents, and handle escalated incidents in 24x7 rotational shifts. Using advanced analytics tools to determine emerging threat patterns and vulnerabilities will be a crucial part of this role, along with analyzing attacks and providing remedial attack analysis. You will also be responsible for creating reports, dashboards, stakeholder coordination, audit assistance, maintaining an information security risk register, and assisting with internal and external audits related to information security. Moreover, you will play a key role in delivering cyber security awareness training for colleagues, providing advice and guidance on issues such as spam and malicious emails, and ensuring timely security breach solutioning for end users, internal stakeholders, and external customers. This role requires mandatory skills in IDAM Security Consulting and 3-5 years of experience.
