Job Title: Lead AIX Administrator Location: Pune / Hyderabad Remote/ Hybrid Experience: 15+ Years Key Skills Required: Primary: IBM AIX Administration (LPARs, PowerHA/HACMP, VIOS, NIM, Shell Scripting) Secondary (Good to have): UniData, HP-UX, MPE/iX Job Highlights: Strong hands-on experience in AIX OS on P7/P8/P9 systems Expertise in virtualization (VIOS, SEA, NPIV, SR-IOV, vNIC) Experience with clustering (PowerHA/HACMP) and storage migrations Skilled in NIM/NIMADM , OS patching, firmware updates Exposure to V2P/P2V migrations , system performance tuning Shell scripting for automation & monitoring Knowledge of infrastructure for critical business applications Prior experience in Unix platform migrations to AIX preferred Nice to Have: Exposure to BMC Patrol Experience in healthcare/financial systems environmen
