We are looking for a skilled HR Executive to promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes, talent management. Job Responsibilities: • Manages human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, Training, counseling, and coaching employees. • Consistently recruiting excellent staff. • Maintaining a smooth on boarding process. • Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation. • Conducting performance and wage reviews. • Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures and ensuring policy awareness. • Prepare employees’ compensation by the end of each month using payroll software. • Creating clear and concise reports. Giving helpful and engaging presentations. • Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; and counseling employees and supervisors. • Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures. • Maintaining employee and workplace privacy. Requirements: • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in human resources management or equivalent. • Experience in human resources or related field. • Experience in educating and coaching staff. • Knowledge of Labour Laws. • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
