We currently operate 7 resorts across: Pollachi (Base Location) Coimbatore Coonoor Kotagiri Valparai Our mission is to offer immersive stays in nature-rich environments, blending warm hospitality with local culture and sustainable luxury. Role: Operations Manager As Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our resort network, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency across all units. You’ll work closely with property managers, department heads, and the corporate leadership team to drive performance and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise resort operations across all locations Implement SOPs and ensure service excellence Monitor budgets, inventory, and resource planning Collaborate with HR for staffing and training needs Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards Support the launch and onboarding of new properties Report directly to the DO Requirements: 5–10 years of relevant experience in hospitality operations Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to multitask and travel frequently to resort locations Exposure to boutique or eco-resort formats preferred Fluency in Tamil, English & Hindi is an advantage Why Join Us?
