Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage daily operations across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, 1MG, Myntra, Purplle, quick commerce, etc.) 2. Optimize listings (images, keywords) to improve visibility and drive sales 3. Monitor competitors and lead organic growth and campaign planning 4. Manage budgets to ensure optimal ROAS and CAC 5. Develop strategies to boost traffic and conversion 6. Coordinate with internal teams on stock, dispatch, and customer service 7. Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements 8. Stay updated with trends, policies, and tools across marketplaces Preferred Qualifications: 1. Experience in managing marketplace accounts in beauty/cosmetics preferred 2. Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills 3. Familiarity with e-commerce tools and dashboards 4. Knowledge of SEO and paid marketing strategies on marketplaces is a plus
