Job Description Role & Responsibilities Supply Chain management, Subcontracts, MIS Reporting. Procurement of Equipment’s related to 132KV/220KV PSS & GSS. Procurement of material of Transmission line up to 400KV. Bottom-Up cost estimation for PSS, GSS & TL Works of substations upto 220KV. Preparation of work procedure for monitoring of Supply/Service activities on pre oder/post order management, material control plan, Inspection coordination & expediting. Preparation of Purchase order against finalised supplier/contractor. Update the daily basis material tracker. Co-ordinate QA inspection Team for compliances and timely issuance of MDCC. Monitor and measure suppliers’ performance and re-evaluation. Identification of supplier/vendor, rate negotiation, order finalization & issuance, and timely material delivery. Strong knowledge on EHV contractual terms & conditions. Contract negotiation & Preparation of Contracts with vendors / suppliers forswitchyard / transmission lines/ bay extension in view of all legal, commercial & technical aspects. Post award Subcontractor managements including Mobilization, BG submissions, Claim settlements & Dispute resolutions etc. Analyse responses to bid requests and RFPs, identify and summarize commercial differences, and make succinct recommendations in selecting appropriate suppliers for contract awards Consult and provide project support for evaluating and processing EPC contract change orders Cost optimization, cost saving through CBA and market trend study & Provide market data to support supplier selection, qualification, and on-going performance management Ensure continuity of supply and compliance with contracting policy in managing ad-hoc business requirements. Qualifications Educational Requirements Bachelor’s or Master´s Degree in Electrical Engineering Experience Minimum 7 years of Experience in supply chain management of Power Transformers, transmission Line & Switchyard A,B & C class material & Services experience is must. Knowledge of IS codes and industry practices. Technical Attributes Able to provide necessary inputs/ solution (VENDOR-BOM-BOQ-COSTING matrix) to D&E and Business Development Teams to achieve lowest possible LCOE. Should have strong network among suppliers. Plan a cross-functional role in RFP preparation, vendor identification - shortlisting – selection, contract negotiations and closures. Personal Attributes Strong project management and leadership skills with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders. Aware of volatility in commodity pricing and conducting procurement of materials and services at industry’s most competitive terms Support of prepare the purchase orders in the ERP Expedite documents routing for approval Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with cross-functional teams and external agencies. Ability to work independently with problem-solving and decision-making aptitude. Willingness to travel frequently to project sites across India. Job Description Roles & Responsibilities : Planning, implementing and streamlining processes for any size of ground mounted Solar PV projects to be executed by ib vogt Solar India. Coordinate with the land & permitting teams once a project has is finalized to estimated timeline to get a land and the final permits for it. Work closely with the design & engineering team to finalize the timeline for project layout, design and engineering drawings etc. and coordinate the same with the other teams to keep things on track. Preparing project plans, budgets, project schedule, flow chart and reports for Management Information System (MIS) and their implementation for each project to ensure contractual/ compliances. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports in an easy to retract manner. Identification & resolution for project challenges, hurdles, issue with help of the line manager. Visiting and staying at project site for assessment and troubleshooting. Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies Knowledge of claim and change management is desirable Tracking project progress & project schedule to ensure the deliverables viz supply, services and permits. Work with the internal stakeholders to mitigate the implementation risk, eliminate blockers, delay and functions so as to complete the project within time frame. Participate in finalization of BOM/ BOQ & in negotiations with various sub-contractors including assisting in invoicing to clients and payment to contractors. Support to site team for all HO and vendor related requirement Qualifications Required Skills: Hands-on experience in MS office/Primavera v6/MS Project. Able to coordinate with the stakeholders. Should be multitasking and should have worked multiple assignments at a time. Should have a problem solver attitude as he/she needs to play a cross-functional role. Candidate who has worked at site and corporate both will have an added advantage. Should be prompt and proactive and willing to accept challenging assignments.
