Role & responsibilities : 1. Curriculum-Aligned Content Development Design and develop curriculum-based questions aligned with IB standards for Grades 6 to 12. Ensure questions promote critical thinking, conceptual understanding, and subject-specific skills. 2. IB Global Portal Management Upload and manage question banks and assessment content on the IB Global Portal. Ensure all content is accurately tagged, formatted, and accessible. 3. Collaboration & Coordination Work closely with the Assessment Coordinator and teaching staff to align assessments with learning objectives. Participate in planning meetings and curriculum reviews. 4. Assessment Design & Creation Develop formative and summative assessments tailored to different grade levels. Adapt assessments to suit diverse learner profiles and differentiated instruction. 5. Quality Assurance & Review Review and evaluate assessment papers for accuracy, clarity, and curriculum alignment. Provide feedback and implement revisions as necessary. Preferred candidate profile : Bachelors or Masters degree in Education or relevant subject area In-depth knowledge of IB curriculum and assessment standards (preferred) Strong analytical and content development skills Familiarity with digital learning platforms and assessment tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively
