Team Lead - Sales Only required candidates having sales experience in education field. We are looking for a Team lead to join with our group of institution. Team lead is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that align with a company's goals and objectives. This includes identifying potential new markets and opportunities, analysing trends and data and creating sales plans to increase revenue. Another key responsibility of a Team lead is to manage and motivate a team. Job responsibilities Developing and implementing sales strategies Setting sales targets and monitoring performance Managing and motivating the sales team Building and maintaining customer relationships Analyzing market trends and competitor activities . Requirements More than 3- 4 years of experience in as sales in charge with education institutions or similar industry. Good communication skills. Leadership quality.
