We’re looking for a Flutter Developer with full-stack expertise to join our fast-moving product team. You’ll help design, build, and launch a responsive web and mobile platform from a single codebase, powering data visualization, analytics, and dashboards that drive real-world impact across social and sustainability programs. If you love building beautiful, functional products end-to-end, from designing interactive dashboards to integrating APIs and optimizing performance, you’ll fit right in. What You’ll Do Build and maintain Flutter-based web and mobile apps from a unified codebase. Design interactive, data-rich dashboards with advanced filtering, analytics, and role-based access. Integrate with REST APIs , ensuring seamless data flow and synchronization. Implement responsive, high-performance layouts across devices. Enable data export (CSV/PDF) and dynamic content rendering for reports. Collaborate with backend engineers and designers to deliver a unified experience. Participate in code reviews, performance optimization, and deployment. Write clean, modular, and scalable code following Flutter best practices. What You’ll Bring 2–4 years of experience in Flutter (mobile + web) development. Proven ability to build and deploy complete applications — frontend to deployment. Strong command over Dart, state management (BLoC / Riverpod / Provider) , and REST API integration . Understanding of authentication (JWT / Firebase Auth / OAuth) and RBAC. Familiarity with data visualization libraries (like fl_chart, syncfusion_flutter_charts). Experience deploying on Firebase Hosting, Vercel, or AWS Amplify . Basic understanding of backend workflows and cloud environments. Collaborative mindset, with solid Git and Agile experience. Bonus Points If You Have Experience working on dashboards, analytics, or monitoring platforms. Exposure to Firebase, Node.js, or Python backends.
