Job Description

As an experienced IAM professional with 7-9 years of expertise, you will play a crucial role in developing, supporting, and troubleshooting Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions utilizing Oracle IAM and SailPoint IAM tools. Your strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication will be essential as you work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams in Hyderabad and Bangalore. Your responsibilities will include developing, implementing, and supporting IAM solutions, as well as performing production support activities to resolve IAM-related issues. You will independently analyze business problems, collaborate with teams to gather requirements, and document findings, recommendations, and system enhancements. Additionally, you will lead small-scale IAM projects, maintain performance reports, and handle confidential information with integrity and security awareness. To succeed in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in IAM development and support, with a focus on Oracle IAM and SailPoint IAM. Your ability to work independently, solve complex problems, and provide innovative solutions will be critical. Strong communication and collaboration skills are necessary to mentor and guide team members towards achieving operational and strategic IAM goals. Preferred skills include experience in performance monitoring, knowledge of IAM security best practices and compliance standards, as well as prior experience in mentoring and guiding teams. Your expertise in IAM, SailPoint, Oracle IAM, and Azure Cloud will be highly valuable in this role.,
