Key Responsibilities: - Engage in Identity & Access Management projects - Work collaboratively within the team, supporting and communicating progress to senior members - Execute project requirements and review work by junior team members - Prepare reports and schedules for clients and stakeholders - Develop productive relationships with clients and internal teams - Assist in performance reviews and provide feedback for junior team members - Contribute to recruitment and retention initiatives for IAM professionals - Maintain a continuous learning program to enhance personal skills - Adhere to workplace policies and procedures - Manage performance appraisals for direct reports - Promote teamwork and provide leadership by example - Train and mentor project resources - Participate in organization-wide people initiatives Qualification Required: - B.
