Job Title: Sailpoint IAM Engineer

Experience Level: 4+ Years

Location: Hybrid Bangalore/Chennai/Hyderabad

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated SailPoint IdentityNow Engineer with over 4 years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, with a strong focus on SailPoint IdentityNow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting IAM solutions, driving identity lifecycle processes, and ensuring compliance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain SailPoint IdentityNow solutions including:

• Identity lifecycle management (Joiner/Mover/Leaver)
• Access certifications
• Role mining and modeling
• Correlation and aggregation rules
• Policy and rule configurations (e.g., separation of duties)

Develop and customize SailPoint transforms, rules, and workflows using JSON, Beanshell, and built-in connectors.

Configure and manage connectors/integrations with systems like Active Directory, Azure AD, Workday, ServiceNow, etc.

Build and maintain access review campaigns, dynamic filters, and certification rules.

Create and manage identity profiles, sources, and entitlements in IdentityNow.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Security, HR, and IT to ensure IAM processes align with business needs.

Develop technical documentation and standard operating procedures.

Support audit and compliance efforts by generating required IAM reports and evidence.

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of professional experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).

Minimum 23 years of dedicated experience working with SailPoint IdentityNow.

Strong understanding of RBAC, provisioning workflows, access governance, and identity lifecycle management.

Experience working with SaaS-based IAM platforms, especially IdentityNow.

Proficiency in scripting using JSON, Beanshell, or PowerShell.

Familiarity with SAML, OAuth, LDAP, REST APIs, and cloud identity protocols.

Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with IdentityIQ (optional but a plus).

Prior experience integrating with HR systems (like Workday) and ticketing tools (like ServiceNow).

Understanding of compliance standards such as SOX, GDPR, or HIPAA.

Certification in SailPoint or related IAM technologies.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Ability to work independently and in team environments.

Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
