Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) with a background in B2C Sales and Field Sales to join our team. Your primary role will be to identify, engage, and onboard new clients (primarily SMEs, online sellers, and D2C brands), build long-term relationships, and drive revenue growth for iThink Logistics. Key Responsibilities:Identify and generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals. Pitch iThink Logistics' services to small and mid-sized businesses, especially in the e-commerce and D2C sectors. Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand their logistics needs and provide tailored solutions. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain and update CRM with lead status, customer interactions, and pipeline progress. Provide feedback from the market to improve product offerings and customer experience. Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Customer Support, and Tech) to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery. Represent the company in exhibitions, trade shows, and other promotional events if required.
