Roles and Responsibilities Develop tools for Injection Moulding process using various machines such as VMC, EDM, Lathes, Grinders etc. Create 2D/3D CAD models of tools and molds to ensure precise manufacturing. Conduct quality checks on finished products using Micrometers and Polishing Scratches techniques. Perform routine maintenance tasks in the Tool Room to prevent equipment malfunction. Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues related to tool design, development, and production.
