We are looking for a pleasant, soft-spoken, and customer-oriented Telecalling Executive who can handle incoming enquiries, explain product specifications (toys), and coordinate with internal teams for order processing and billing. Key Responsibilities:Attend incoming calls and enquiries regarding toys, product details, and pricing. Handle customer queries politely and professionally with a positive attitude. Provide detailed product information and suggest suitable options based on customer needs. Route specific queries to the respective sales or service teams. Maintain records of customer interactions, orders, and follow-ups. Prepare and generate bills/invoices accurately. Support walk-in or online customers when needed. Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and retention. Required Skills:Excellent communication and soft-speaking skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada (preferred). Strong interpersonal and listening abilities. Proficiency in handling telephonic and WhatsApp enquiries. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, billing software, etc.). Ability to multitask and coordinate with different departments. Pleasant personality with a customer-first mindset.
