Role and Responsibilities As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of performance marketing for our clients. Your role will include: Client Management: Directly working with clients to understand their needs, goals, and expectations. Campaign Management: Designing, implementing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.). Data Analysis: Monitoring campaign performance and providing actionable insights based on data to ensure continuous improvement. Strategy Development: Developing digital marketing strategies that align with clients' objectives and deliver measurable results. Collaboration: Coordinating with graphic designers, video creators, and other team members to create engaging and effective campaign assets. Reporting & Communication: Regularly updating clients with campaign performance reports, insights, and recommendations. Requirements Experience: 1-3 years of experience in performance marketing (managing paid campaigns, optimizing ROI, and client reporting). Knowledge: Basic familiarity with all major digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Client-Oriented: Strong communication skills and a passion for client satisfaction
