Employment Type: Full-time, Work From office Location: Baner Pune, India About the Role We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Web Developer with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in building modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should be strong in both frontend and backend technologies, with additional capability in general WordPress development for CMS-based requirements. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain full-stack web applications: Deliver structured, optimized, and scalable solutions. Build responsive, intuitive user interfaces: Use modern frontend frameworks to create seamless user experiences across devices. Develop scalable backend services: Implement business logic, authentication systems, and server-side functionalities. General WordPress development: Handle basic customizations, plugin integrations, updates, and site improvements. Integrate third-party APIs and services: Ensure stable connectivity with CRMs, payment gateways, and external applications. Design and optimize database schemas: Improve performance through indexing, normalization, and query optimization. Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance application performance: Quickly resolve issues and proactively work on enhancements. Write clean and well-documented code: Follow coding guidelines and maintain version control best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work with UI/UX designers, QA teams, and product managers to deliver quality features. Participate in Agile/Scrum processes: Contribute actively in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Web Development Skills Frontend Technologies React.js / Next.js Angular JavaScript HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap Backend Technologies Node.js Java or Python PHP RESTful API development Databases MySQL, PostgreSQL MongoDB, Redis Version Control & Collaboration Tools Git, GitHub / GitLab / Bitbucket JIRA, Confluence Agile/Scrum methodology Soft Skills Problem-Solving: Ability to analyse complex issues and propose effective, scalable solutions. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication for smooth coordination with internal teams and stakeholders. Analytical Thinking: Critical thinking skills to identify root causes and evaluate technical alternatives. Time Management: Ability to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Adaptability: Quick learner who can adjust to new tools, technologies, and project requirements.
