Job Responsibilities – Telecaller (Personal Loan)Make outbound calls to potential customers for personal loan products. Explain loan features, eligibility, and documentation requirements clearly. Generate leads, follow up, and convert them into successful applications. Maintain a good relationship with customers by addressing queries and concerns. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets. Update and maintain customer details in CRM/system accurately. Coordinate with the sales/operations team for loan processing. Ensure compliance with company policies and RBI guidelines while communicating. Handle objections politely and professionally. Provide feedback to the team leader/management about customer needs and market trends.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and update records, databases, and documentation. Process applications, forms, and other back-office operations. Follow up from login stage to disbursement stage to ensure timely loan processing. Coordinate with sales, credit, and operations teams for smooth workflow. Prepare reports, statements, and MIS as required. Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of information. Assist in compliance, audits, and internal processes
