The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of sales experience in technology solutions, preferably in RFID, IoT, or enterprise solutions. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, demonstrating our solutions, and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage potential customers for RFID-based RTLS solutions across industries such as healthcare, manufacturing, logistics, and retail. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and challenges. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase RFID and RTLS capabilities. Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Collaborate with the technical and operations team to ensure smooth project delivery. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in RFID and RTLS. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and strategic insights to management. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in RFID, RTLS, IoT, or enterprise technology solutions. Strong understanding of RFID technology, RTLS applications, and their use cases in industries. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and client management. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience selling hardware and software solutions related to tracking and automation. Knowledge of IoT, asset tracking, or warehouse automation solutions. Experience using CRM tools for managing sales activities.

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electronics/Electrical Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in an electronic assembly line environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation of production processes, troubleshooting electronic systems, optimizing workflows, and supporting quality control. This role is critical in maintaining production efficiency and delivering high-quality electronic products. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and support day-to-day operations on the electronic assembly line. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with PCB assembly, wiring, soldering, and component placement. Work closely with the production and quality teams to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements. Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., IPC-A-610, ISO 9001) and safety regulations. Assist in the design and testing of new electronic systems and prototypes. Provide technical support for automated and manual assembly equipment. Create and maintain technical documentation, process instructions, and test procedures. Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for production defects or failures. Train and guide assembly line technicians on best practices and technical procedures. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in an electronics assembly or manufacturing environment. Solid understanding of SMT (Surface Mount Technology), THT (Through-Hole Technology), and electronic component handling. Experience with PCB testing, circuit debugging, and soldering techniques. Familiarity with production tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, soldering stations, and rework systems. Working knowledge of ERP systems and manufacturing software is a plus. Strong leadership and organizational skills. In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices. 3. Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods- Significant experience working with external auditors, internal controls and compliance-related issues, having ability to strategize and solve problems 4. Outstanding communication and presentation skills and results-oriented,strategic thinker.
