We are looking for a dynamic and empathetic individual to join our outreach team as a Tele-calling & Outreach Executive. This role involves engaging with potential applicants for our teaching certification programs, guiding them with accurate information, and supporting them through the admission journey. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a persuasive yet warm approach, and a keen interest in the field of education. For more details about our organisation, visit: www.iamateacher.in Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to leads from the shared database and address their queries regarding the IAAT programs. Share relevant program information, including upcoming info sessions, deadlines, and key features. Follow up consistently to nurture interest and guide potential applicants toward enrolment. Record each interaction in the system accurately, including key queries and follow-up actions. Ensure registrations for online/offline information sessions are completed and confirmed. Coordinate with the outreach and admissions team to relay insights or leads requiring additional support. Represent IAAT’s values and mission with clarity and enthusiasm.
