About Us Hytech Automotive is a trusted name in the pressure die casting and machining industry for more than 16 years. We are expanding in pressure die casting tools, injection moulding tools, and forging tools, with a fully equipped tool room with focus on innovation and technical expertise. Role Overview We are looking for an experienced professional to handle our tool room operations, ensuring precision, efficiency, and timely delivery of moulds and dies. Key Responsibilities Operate and manage VMC machines including job setting and Mitsubishi controller operation. Program and execute jobs using Powermill . Oversee tool room supply management and process control. Design and modify tools using NX and CATIA V5 . Oversee EDM, Lathe, CNC Turning, and Laser Welding machines operations. Lead quality assurance and ensure adherence to die and mould standards. Support production by coordinating tool requirements and providing technical solutions. Required Skills & Experience Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in tool room or mould design industry. Proven expertise in VMC operations, Mitsubishi controllers, and Powermill programming . Strong design background in NX/CATIA V5/Solidworks for die casting, injection moulding, and forging tools. Knowledge of EDM, CNC Turning, and Laser Welding operations. Ability to independently manage tool room activities and mentor junior staff. What We Offer Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹38,000 per month (based on experience and skill level).
