We work with fast-scaling brands to build impactful content and marketing systems that drive results. We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager who can take charge of client acquisition, pipeline growth, and revenue expansion. Key Responsibilities Drive end-to-end sales cycle — prospecting, pitching, negotiation & closing deals Build a strong pipeline of qualified leads & partnerships Understand client marketing & creative needs and propose solutions Work closely with creative, production & ads team for project scoping Maintain and nurture long-term client relationships Achieve monthly revenue & target goals Lead and mentor junior sales / BD team members Represent the company at events/meetings to boost brand presence Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in B2B sales / media agency sales / brand partnerships Strong network in E-commerce, D2C, Tech, Retail, Real Estate, Lifestyle brands (preferred) Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills Ability to understand marketing funnels, brand strategy, and video production services Result-oriented mindset with ability to work in fast-paced environment CRM experience (HubSpot / Zoho / Others preferred) What We Offer Competitive salary + high performance-based incentives Opportunity to work with growing brands & exciting projects Young and creative team culture Fast-growth career path into leadership roles Exposure to content, ads, production & brand-building ecosystem Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
