We are looking for a Plant Incharge to lead operations at our newly established Aluminum Casting Foundry. The ideal candidate should bring strong technical expertise in Gravity Die Casting (GDC) processes and hands-on experience in plant operations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day plant operations for aluminum gravity casting. Plan and execute production schedules while ensuring quality and efficiency. Supervise mold and die try-outs, ensuring smooth commissioning and optimization. Monitor alloy preparation, melting, and casting processes to maintain metallurgical standards. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and productivity targets. Coordinate with tool room and maintenance teams for smooth plant functioning. Train and guide shop floor teams to improve skill levels and productivity. Required Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Gravity Die Casting processes. Strong understanding of different aluminum alloys and their casting behaviors. Experience in die/mold trials, troubleshooting, and process optimization. Practical knowledge of melting practices, metal treatment, and defect analysis. Leadership ability to manage teams and achieve production targets. Preferred Qualifications: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Metallurgy / Production Engineering. 7+ years of experience in Aluminum Casting Foundry operations. Proven track record in managing plant operations independently.
