At HyLogic we’re looking for Solution Architect / Configuration Lead who is going to: Contribute to consulting, design, development and implementation of solutions supporting supply chain digital transformations Develop cross-solution and detailed solution specific architectures for supply chain platforms Master and leverage new cutting edge technologies and integrate them with the ERP Work with and be part of teams in the of large multinational companies Collaborate with supply chains experts in analysis and design of requirements Support your domain area across the full application lifecycle Location: India / EMEA Relocation is not required! Expected candidate profile and skills: Solid experience working primarily with o9 Solutions – knowledge of other systems (Kinaxis Maestro/Rapid Response, SAP ECC/S/4 HANA/APO/IBP, Blue Yonder/JDA, etc.) is a nice to have . 5+ years of relevant experience as a Solution Architect, Config Lead, or Functional Consultant in the o9 domain, with hands-on background in distribution requirements planning, manufacturing, production planning, demand planning, or in a business software consulting role. Strong sense of ownership and passion for learning new concepts and technologies. BS/MS/PhD in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field is a plus. Ability to work effectively in remote teams and engage with stakeholders at both executive and junior levels. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly. A consulting mindset and problem-solving approach.
