Role Description: Subject Matter Expert – Hydrogen Electrolyser Plant Operations (Contract, Remote) Company Description Hydrogen Network India is a hydrogen solutions company focused on accelerating India’s transition to a hydrogen-powered future. Our expertise includes skill development, workforce training, project advisory, energy systems, and industrial safety - building the foundations for a hydrogen-ready India. We are seeking an expert in hydrogen electrolyser plant operations to support our training and advisory initiatives. Key responsibilities include: Developing advanced training modules for electrolyser plant operations. Providing project advisory to clients and investors setting up green hydrogen facilities at emerging hydrogen hubs. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in hydrogen electrolyser plant operations, commissioning, or EPC. Experience in electrolyser manufacturing, oil & gas, chemical processing, industrial safety, or energy consulting. Strong understanding of process control systems and operational excellence methodologies. Proficiency with engineering design and industrial plant development software. Deep knowledge of hydrogen safety standards, codes, and compliance frameworks.
