1. Hydraulic Fitter – Roles and Responsibilities

Primary Role:

To assemble, install, maintain, and troubleshoot hydraulic systems used in machinery

and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

 Assembly & Installation

o Assemble hydraulic systems as per engineering drawings and schematics.

o Install hydraulic components such as pumps, valves, cylinders, hoses,

manifolds, and fittings.

o Ensure leak-free and vibration-free hydraulic piping and hose layout.

 Maintenance & Troubleshooting

o Inspect, identify, and rectify faults in hydraulic circuits.

o Replace or repair faulty hydraulic components (e.g., seals, hoses, filters).

o Perform scheduled maintenance, including oil replacement and system

flushing.

 Testing & Commissioning

o Conduct pressure testing and leak testing of hydraulic systems.

o Assist in commissioning of hydraulic systems and support test trials.

 Documentation & Safety

o Maintain maintenance logs and inspection reports.

o Ensure compliance with safety protocols while working under pressure

systems.

o Follow SOPs and work instructions strictly.

 Support Engineering Team

o Provide feedback on design issues encountered during installation.

o Coordinate with design and production teams to resolve hydraulic

integration issues.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
