As the Maintenance Supervisor at H.B. Fullers in Shirwal, Pune, you will be responsible for maintaining equipment and infrastructure in good working condition across various Production Plants, Utilities, and Warehouses. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will play a crucial role in reducing breakdown maintenance and executing preventive maintenance activities. Your primary duties will include inspecting facilities for maintenance needs, supervising maintenance activities, preparing and executing annual preventive maintenance plans, managing maintenance budgets, and ensuring compliance with maintenance standards. You will also be involved in project execution, troubleshooting mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues, and overseeing preventive maintenance activities for various plants and utilities. To excel in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 10-12 years of experience or a Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 12-15 years of experience, all focused on maintenance and utilities. Excellent communication, computer, and technical skills are essential, along with a valid Electrical Supervisor's License. Knowledge of permit to work systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and ISO/IMS standards is required. Preferred candidates will have a background in the Chemical Industry, strong analytical and diagnostic skills, and familiarity with SAP. You should be able to work on call when needed and reside in Shirwal. This role may involve exposure to hazardous conditions and the use of personal protective equipment. Your success in this position will depend on your troubleshooting abilities, teamwork, integrity, adaptability, emergency response skills, and adherence to safety protocols. Your role will also require effective management of multiple tasks, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
