You should be innovative, continuously striving to enhance your knowledge in the chosen area of work. Attending prove-outs as needed and resolving design-related issues during development/prove-outs will also be part of your responsibilities. Problem-solving skills related to fixture design issues during prove-outs are essential. Effective communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well in a team are important qualities for this role. Being self-driven to achieve set targets in design and related activities is a must. Adhering to systems and maintaining documents/records as per organizational requirements is also necessary.
