Role & responsibilities We are looking for super-enthusiastic Field Sales Executives to be the face and voice of HydPestCare. This is the perfect role for a fresher who is hungry for success and wants to build a career in sales. You won't be stuck behind a desk. You will be out in the city, meeting new people, promoting our pest control services, and closing deals. Travel to different parts of Hyderabad to meet potential clients (residential and commercial). Actively promote and sell HydPestCare's range of pest control services. Clearly explain the benefits of our services and how we solve customer problems. Generate new leads and build a strong pipeline of potential customers. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets to earn high commissions. Report back to the team with market feedback and sales data. Preferred candidate profile This role is all about attitude and drive. No degree or prior experience is needed! Mandatory: Must be fluent in both Telugu and Hindi. Mandatory: Must own a Bike and have a valid driver's license. Attitude: Super enthusiastic, high-energy, and a positive mindset. Motivation: Desperate for growth and highly motivated by targets. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Location: Must be a resident of Hyderabad and willing to travel extensively across the city.
