Sector - Airport Business / Function - GMR Hyderabad Duty Free Department / Sub Department - Operations Designation - Sales Executive Location - Shamshabad, Hyderabad, Telangana 1. JOB PURPOSE Achieve Sales targets by following the team’s sales plan, with a customer-centric approach and in adherence to all regulatory compliances. A) Sales Target Achievement Promoting the Brands from his/her portfolio. Achieving sales targets in his/her shift for the assigned product category. Good focus on Target vs Achievement. To follow the sales plan and instructions of the DM/ADM/TL. Take instructions from respective Category Manager. B) Sales Compliance Strictly follow the baggage allowances/ LAG rules with respect to sales. C) Customer Service Help customers to select the products as per their requirement. Answer queries related to products. Taking feedback with respect to products. D) Stock Display & Replenishment To support the TL and Merchandisers in maintaining the stock displays as per suggested planograms. To support in price ticketing and offer communication display planogram. To replenish stocks regularly between flight breaks. Behavioral Competencies Pleasing Grooming & Etiquette. Excellent Communication skills. Customer Focused with high service orientation. Team Player with good inter-personal skills. Flexible to work in challenging & dynamic work environment. Educational Qualifications ▪ Any Graduation / Intermediate Relevant and total years of Experience ▪ 1 - 10 years of Retail Sales Experience (Indoor) Age Criteria - Below 30 years Shift Pattern - 4 working days in a week with 12 hours ROTATIONAL shift duty (Morning - 8 am to 8 pm & Night - 8 pm to 8 am) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Health insurance Provident Fund Compensation Package: Commission pay Schedule: Day shift Night shift Work Location: In person
