Job Title: Sales / Front Manager Job Description: The Sales / Front Manager serves as the first point of contact for all clients and visitors, representing the gym’s brand and values. This role involves managing front desk operations, engaging with potential clients, providing detailed information about memberships and services, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the gym. The Sales / Front Manager plays a key role in driving membership sales and delivering an exceptional client experience. --- Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist all walk-in clients, offering guided tours of the gym and explaining the available facilities, programs, and services. Clearly communicate membership options, pricing plans, and personal training packages to potential clients. Maintain an active presence at the front desk during assigned shift hours, ensuring professional and efficient service. Support daily operations including cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and facility organization. Follow up on leads through calls and messages to understand client fitness goals and suggest suitable membership or training plans. Maintain accurate client records, inquiries, and follow-ups using designated systems or logs. Collaborate with the training and operations team to ensure seamless service delivery. Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a courteous and solution-oriented manner. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall gym revenue growth. Assist with marketing campaigns, events, and promotions to increase gym visibility and client engagement. --- Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Sales or customer service experience (preferably in fitness, hospitality, or retail). Ability to handle multiple clients and administrative tasks efficiently. Knowledge or passion for fitness and health (preferred but not mandatory). Basic computer and phone communication skills.
