Position Summary: The Community Outreach & Partnership Coordinator will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community groups to promote our preschool. This person will be our school's friendly face in the community, creating and executing marketing strategies that build our reputation, attract new families, and fill our available seats. Key Responsibilities: Identify and Engage with Local Businesses: Proactively seek out and build relationships with businesses that serve families and children, such as children's bookstores, toy stores, pediatric dental offices, and family-friendly cafes. Develop Co-Marketing and Partnership Opportunities: Create and propose mutually beneficial collaborations, such as co-hosting events, sharing promotional materials, running joint social media campaigns, or sponsoring local family-focused events. Coordinate Community Events: Plan and execute engaging events like open houses, informational sessions, or joint workshops with partner businesses to attract prospective families to our school. Manage Social Media and Community Presence: Work with our team to create and share compelling content on social media that highlights our partnerships and community involvement. Represent Our School at Local Events: Attend community fairs, farmers' markets, and other local gatherings to talk to families, distribute information, and build a positive presence for our school. Track and Report on Outreach Efforts: Monitor the effectiveness of partnerships and marketing campaigns, providing regular updates on progress and results. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in marketing, community relations, or a related field. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building rapport and strong professional relationships. A creative and proactive mindset, with the ability to identify and create new opportunities. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of the local community and a passion for early childhood education. Experience with social media platforms and content creation is a plus. Why Join Us?
