Plan and maintain workflow systems for smooth operations. Responsible for meeting dispatch deadlines and committed delivery dates. Maintain and organize polish colour samples, mixing records, and data. Ensure high-quality finishing standards for all furniture pieces. Build and maintain a positive working relationship with staff and workers. Requirements: Minimum 4+ years of experience in furniture manufacturing (Polish section).
