Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Technician to join our team. The technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems at various project sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems, including ducting, piping, insulation, and equipment (AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV units, chillers, etc.)
• Conduct routine maintenance and servicing of installed systems.
• Diagnose and repair faults in air conditioning and ventilation systems.
• Support in testing and commissioning of HVAC equipment.
• Read and interpret HVAC drawings and layouts.
• Maintain tools, safety equipment, and work site cleanliness.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other technicians on-site.
• Record maintenance and service reports as per company standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Requirements

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or related field.
• 1–3 years of HVAC installation or maintenance experience.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems (VRF/VRV, split units, ductable units, chillers, etc.)
• Ability to work from HVAC drawings and layout plans.
• Physically fit and willing to work at various project locations.
• Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of tools and safety procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on residential, commercial, or industrial HVAC projects.
• Certification in HVAC or MEP training from a recognized institute.
• Familiarity with electrical wiring and control systems is a plus.
