The HVAC Technician – Low Side will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of low-side HVAC systems, including air handling units
(AHUs), fan coil units (FCUs), ventilation systems, and ducting. The technician will ensure optimal indoor air quality and thermal comfort in patient care and critical areas of the . Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain AHUs, FCUs, exhaust fans, and ventilation systems.
  • Perform routine inspections, cleaning, and filter replacements.
  • Monitor airflow, temperature, and humidity levels in critical areas.
  • Troubleshoot and repair low-side HVAC issues promptly.
  • Maintain records of maintenance activities and system performance.
  • Coordinate with the Shift Engineer and HVAC team for escalations.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene and air quality standards.
  • Support energy efficiency and preventive maintenance programs.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • ITI or Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 6 months–4 years of experience in HVAC maintenance.
