Responsibilities Generate new business through cold calls, networking, and client referrals. • Build strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and facility managers to drive project sales. • Understand client needs and recommend customized HVAC solutions (VRV/VRF, ductables, chillers). • Conduct technical discussions, site surveys, and product presentations for key stakeholders. • Prepare accurate technical-commercial proposals and close sales within defined timelines. • Coordinate with design, project, and service teams for smooth project execution. • Meet monthly and annual sales targets and ensure high client satisfaction. • Stay updated with HVAC market trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies.
