Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HVAC Retrofit Engineer, based in New Delhi. The engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing HVAC retrofit projects, performing system upgrades, and improving energy efficiency. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing HVAC system modifications, preparing detailed design layouts using CAD software, and providing maintenance and repair support. The role requires close collaboration with project teams to ensure best practices and quality standards are met seamlessly.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HVAC Engineering and HVAC system design
• Experience with HVAC-specific maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting
• Competency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and creating technical layout
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage retrofit projects effectively
• Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Prior experience in HVAC retrofit projects or similar fields is a plus
• Good communication skills and ability to liaise with clients and stakeholders
