HVAC Operator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a HVAC Operator with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in operating and maintaining HVAC systems. The candidate should have basic technical knowledge of HVAC equipment and the ability to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient operation of HVAC systems at the site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor HVAC systems including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, cooling towers, pumps, and ventilation systems.
• Perform routine checks of HVAC equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Identify and report faults, abnormalities, or malfunctions in HVAC systems.
• Maintain temperature, humidity, and air quality as per site requirements.
• Record daily operation logs, readings, and maintenance activities.
• Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Coordinate with the site supervisor or engineer for repair and maintenance work.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper housekeeping of HVAC equipment areas.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Basic understanding of HVAC systems and components.
• Knowledge of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, and cooling towers (preferred).
• Ability to read basic gauges, meters, and control panels.
• Awareness of safety practices in HVAC operations.
• Ability to work in shifts, if required.

Qualifications:

• ITI (Mechanical / Refrigeration & Air Conditioning / Fitter) or equivalent (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as an HVAC Operator or Technician.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,583.81 - ₹20,000.00 per month
