Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Nashik for a Store Manager. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining customer service standards, managing inventory, and overseeing staff. The position requires maintaining a high standard of retail loss prevention and effectively communicating with customers and team members. Qualifications Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills Strong Communication skills Experience in Store Management Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively Previous experience in a similar role is preferred Relevant educational qualifications in retail management or a related field
