Roles and Responsibilities: The BIM Coordinator will be responsible for modelling, drawing, and coordinating M&E designs using Autodesk, Revit MEP, BiM360 software. The successful candidate will work as part of a team of international professionals delivering technical projects. 1. Modelling and Coordination: ● Develop Revit models of mechanical and electrical systems. ● Modelling support and hangers for the mechanical and electrical systems. ● Coordinate M&E designs for construction. ● Assist in clash detection and resolution. 2. Model and Drawing Management: ● Update project BIM model with latest designs. ● Communicate changes to teams. 3. Revit Model Generation and Family Creation: ● Generate models from various inputs. ● Create families for M&E components if needed. 4. Offsite Skids & Modules (beneficial but not a requirement) ● Model skids and modules for fabrication. 5. Cloud Model Management: ● Maintain ACC/BIM360 cloud models and generate basic reports. 6. Technical Assistance and Compliance: ● Provide support as needed and collaborate with contractors to address issues. ● Ensure basic compliance with project BIM standards. Attend internal and project BIM meetings. 7. Health, Safety, and Quality Compliance: ● Follow EHSQ policies and procedures. Qualifications: 5+ Years international experience with Revit MEP, BIM 360 in the construction/building services field. Relevant qualification in BIM, Mechanical engineering is beneficial. Key Responsibilities: We are looking for a proactive Part Time Assistant Accountant ( 20 Hours) to manage the accounts payable function and support financial operations. The successful candidate will ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, maintain supplier records, and handle reconciliations. VAT - Matching online sales orders to receipts (stripe/paypal/bank/amazon) and ensuring vat, currency, etc., correctly accounted for Operating automatic bank feed for various bank accounts Sourcing verification paperwork for all payments and posting to accounts package Storage of all paperwork online in a systematic and easily accessible format across all the companies and available to Management Verifying supplier charges against sales to ensure margins maintained Checking supplier invoices to ensure details are correct (name/address/tax number/etc.) - correcting if necessary and updating to accounts package Arranging supplier payments and other payments Following up on debtor accounts Bank reconciliations Checking international vat Managing paperwork to provide to the External Accountants Updating the daily sales number based on orders shipped Key Skills Required: Must be a qualified accountant or have a similar degree. Experience 7+ years.
