Roles and Responsibilities: The BIM Coordinator will be responsible for modelling, drawing, and coordinating M&E designs using Autodesk, Revit MEP, BiM360 software. The successful candidate will work as part of a team of international professionals delivering technical projects. 1. Modelling and Coordination: ● Develop Revit models of mechanical and electrical systems. ● Modelling support and hangers for the mechanical and electrical systems. ● Coordinate M&E designs for construction. ● Assist in clash detection and resolution. 2. Model and Drawing Management: ● Update project BIM model with latest designs. ● Communicate changes to teams. 3. Revit Model Generation and Family Creation: ● Generate models from various inputs. ● Create families for M&E components if needed. 4. Offsite Skids & Modules (beneficial but not a requirement) ● Model skids and modules for fabrication. 5. Cloud Model Management: ● Maintain ACC/BIM360 cloud models and generate basic reports. 6. Technical Assistance and Compliance: ● Provide support as needed and collaborate with contractors to address issues. ● Ensure basic compliance with project BIM standards. Attend internal and project BIM meetings. 7. Health, Safety, and Quality Compliance: ● Follow EHSQ policies and procedures. Qualifications: 5+ Years international experience with Revit MEP, BIM 360 in the construction/building services field. Relevant qualification in BIM, Mechanical engineering is beneficial.
