About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify and connect with potential clients through market research, cold calling, networking, and outreach Generate a strong pipeline of leads across media sales, events, BTL campaigns, and digital marketing 2. Client Engagement & Relationship Management Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand business requirements Deliver compelling, customized pitches and presentations to meet client needs Serve as the point of contact to ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle Foster long-term relationships to encourage repeat business 3. Sales Execution Convert qualified leads into long-term clients to meet business targets Coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and strategic sales plans 4. Market Research & Analysis Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activity, and client needs Provide actionable insights to refine sales pitches and identify new business opportunities 5. Campaign Planning Support Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals and marketing strategies Support the execution of BTL campaigns, digital initiatives, and events for client success 6.
