Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Assistant Manager – Corporate Relationship Management to nurture existing corporate accounts and establish new business partnerships. The role involves maintaining strong professional relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions that align with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned corporate accounts. Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions/services. Plan and execute strategies to strengthen client engagement and satisfaction. Coordinate internally to ensure timely delivery and service excellence. Track client feedback, address issues proactively, and drive resolution. Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts. Represent the company in corporate meetings, events, or networking forums.
