Overview We are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Business Head to lead our Highway Wayside Facility in Jaipur. The role involves complete responsibility for operations, administration, finance, facilities, food & beverage, and customer service at the location. The candidate will act as the Profit Centre Head, driving efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction across all business verticals of the wayside facility. Role & responsibilities Manage end-to-end operations of the highway wayside facility including fuel station, F&B outlets, retail shops, housekeeping, and maintenance. Take full P&L responsibility prepare budgets, monitor costs, optimize margins, and achieve revenue targets. Lead administration, HR, finance, and facility management to ensure seamless functioning. Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, and statutory compliance across all departments. Build and manage relationships with vendors, partners, and local authorities (NHAI, toll operators, etc.). Implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to drive operational excellence. Track daily performance metrics sales, footfall, customer satisfaction, and cost control. Identify and execute new business development or partnership opportunities to grow revenue. Recruit, train, and lead a multi-functional on-ground team, ensuring motivation and accountability. Submit regular reports and business performance reviews to management. Submit written letters to NHAI for any coordination with them.
