We’re hiring a VP of Marketing (client of Humantra HR) to lead our global B2B marketing operations. You’ll oversee a broad team across brand, demand gen, design, and events. The role reports directly to the CEO and supports business units operating across the US, EU, UK, APAC, and SEA. Ideal candidates will bring a strong track record in global growth marketing and brand building and have deep experience in the adtech or adjacent B2B tech space. Team & Budget: Team Size: ~40 (brand, demand gen, 6 BUs Design, CRM, Events) Operating Budget: $1.8M Reports to: CEO Duties/Responsibilities: · Own brand and performance marketing across global markets · Refine and expand demand gen programs; lead integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels · Optimize the full funnel to support revenue and pipeline growth · Develop and sharpen brand identity and strategy; increase recognition and recall on both demand and supply sides · Align marketing with sales and executive teams for go-to-market execution · Mentor and grow a high-performing team · Willingness to travel up to two weeks per quarter Required Skills/Abilities: · 18+ years in B2B marketing · proven success scaling businesses from ~ $50M to $200M+ · Strong US market experience; other global markets a plus · Adtech background preferred · Proven results in brand building and performance marketing · Experience managing $2M+ marketing budgets · Ideally has led marketing through an IPO or similar event · Mumbai-based (or willing to relocate) The incumbent should have experience in US / UK markets for at least 2 years.
