Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Gurugram. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing and implementing strategic plans to grow the business. The role includes market research, sales forecasting, and negotiating contracts. The selected candidate will also collaborate with the internal team to ensure client needs are met and business goals are achieved. Qualifications Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management Strong skills in Strategic Planning, Market Research, and Sales Forecasting Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Experience with technology solutions, preferably in the HR Tech industry Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Master's degree or equivalent experience is a plus
