Role and Responsibilities 1. SRP Shift Operations: Work in shifts, supervise manual operations, and ensure efficient plant operation. 2. Manpower Management: Optimize utilization of manpower, plant, and materials. 3. Safety and 5S: Ensure regular shop floor safety precautions, implement 5S activities, and maintain a clean and tidy production floor. 4. Process Adherence: Ensure process adherence for extrusion and molding to maintain quality and minimize lead time. 5. Batch Yield and Wastage Control: Control batch yield, minimize wastages, and impose shop floor discipline. 6. Record Keeping: Maintain records on batch cards, shift reports, and ensure timely communication within the team. 7. Material Management: Timely issuance of raw materials as per batch cards, batch planning, and inventory management. 8. Permit to Work System: Ensure compliance with permit to work system in the plant. 9. Breakdown Resolution: Resolve breakdown issues promptly to minimize downtime.
