We are looking for someone who can go beyond day-to-day HR administration and take ownership of employee performance, training, engagement, process improvement, and organisational development.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End HR Management

  • Manage the complete employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to exit formalities.
  • Handle employee documentation, HR records, attendance, leave management, probation tracking, and confirmation processes.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs, employee queries, and HR administration.
  • Recruitment and Workforce Planning
  • Manage job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and recruitment follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with the founder and team leads to identify hiring needs and plan recruitment.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of vacancies.

Performance Management

  • Establish and monitor KPIs, KRAs, and performance review systems for employees.
  • Track employee productivity, task completion, accountability, and adherence to responsibilities.
  • Identify performance gaps and develop action plans to improve employee performance.
  • Coordinate performance reviews and Performance Improvement Plans wherever required.

Training and Development

  • Identify training needs across departments and prepare training calendars.
  • Ensure timely completion of employee induction and role-specific training.
  • Maintain training records and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
  • Employee Engagement and Retention
  • Conduct employee feedback sessions, regular check-ins, and engagement activities.
  • Address employee concerns and support conflict resolution.
  • Monitor employee satisfaction, retention, and workplace culture.
  • Process Improvement and SOP Development
  • Review existing workflows and identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, and communication issues.
  • Develop and implement SOPs, internal processes, and accountability systems.
  • Recommend practical solutions to improve organisational efficiency and team coordination.
  • Follow up on implementation and evaluate the results.

HR Policies and Compliance

  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and workplace guidelines.
  • Ensure proper documentation and adherence to internal policies.
  • Coordinate applicable employment compliance requirements and maintain accurate employee records.
  • HR Reporting and Organisational Development
  • Prepare monthly HR reports covering recruitment, performance, training, attrition, and employee engagement.
  • Track pending HR activities and ensure timely completion.
  • Present key findings, recurring challenges, and process improvement recommendations to the founder.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a growing organisation.
  • Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management, performance management, recruitment, and HR operations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and HR documentation.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and implement structured processes.
  • High levels of professionalism, confidentiality, and accountability.

Who We’re Looking For

Someone who takes initiative, identifies gaps before they become bigger problems, follows through on responsibilities, and enjoys building systems from the ground up. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working closely with the founder and team leads to strengthen employee performance, workplace culture, and organisational effectiveness.
