Human Resources Facilitator

As a Web Development Trainer, you will be responsible for training and mentoring students to build industry-relevant skills in web development. You should have hands-on experience in web development technologies and frameworks, along with a passion for teaching effectively. Your role will involve conducting training sessions on various technologies, developing structured lesson plans, providing hands-on practical sessions, mentoring students in project building and query solving, updating training materials, evaluating students" performance, and supporting in organizing workshops, hackathons, and boot camps. To excel in this role, you should have proven hands-on experience in web development covering front-end, back-end, databases, and frameworks mentioned in the responsibilities. Prior experience in training or teaching students in web development is preferred. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, along with a passion for mentoring and upskilling students. You should be able to simplify complex concepts and make learning interactive. While a degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field is preferred, it can be waived if you have significant experience in the field.,
